SHIPPING GALLICA

WHERE: We make every effort to ship your wine at the most favorable rates in the safest manner possible. In the event that we do not ship to your state, you can select a third-party shipper. If you choose this option, your wine will be subject to Napa County sales tax and your shipping charges will be billed separately by the third party. If your state does not allow delivery of wine directly, (AL, AR, DE, KY, MS, OK, SD, UT), we recommend facilities such as 55 Degrees in St. Helena, CA. for personal storage. Memberships to these facilities are required to be set up by you in advance. We make every effort to ship internationally. Please contact us for more information.

 HOW: We use specialty fulfillment companies to facilitate our shipping. You will be notified by email to verify a mutually agreeable date of shipment.  West coast deliveries are sent GROUND on Mondays and Tuesdays unless you choose otherwise. We strongly recommend 2nd DAY AIR for all other deliveries. Business addresses are preferable. Once you confirm your shipping date, you will receive tracking information by e-mail.  If  you elect to make changes to your shipping address or date after your order ships, additional charges may apply.  The shipping carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to the shipper.  In the event of a returned shipment, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.  A reshipment fee will be processed at that time and new tracking information will be emailed to you.  We deliver to residents in the Napa Valley free of charge. It is not possible to pick up orders at Gallica.

 WHEN: Orders will be shipped in late winter into spring and again in the fall to coincide with our release dates. Otherwise, we ship as temperatures permit and reserve the right to delay a shipment due to adverse weather conditions.  In the summer months we offer ice pack shipping.  Should you select ice pack shipping, please note it is packed in styrofoam.  Our goal is for your wine to reach you in exactly the same condition in which it left the winery.
