2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
I was quite taken by the wines I tasted from Gallica. These handmade, artisan wines are well worth seeking out. The 2009 bursts with energy, precision, and sheer class. It is a dazzling effort. Far from easygoing, the 2009 shows the more structured side of the vintage. Anticipated maturity 2017-2029.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
More restrained and refined than 2007, graceful and complex, with a core of mineral, melted black licorice, currant, blackberry, roasted coffee and cedar oak notes. Full-bodied, ending with a long, deep, persistent finish.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
Captivating aromas of cassis, licorice, smoked meat and menthol. Highly concentrated and velvety, a solid mineral spine underlying very pure dark fruit and bitter chocolate. Most impressive today with a very long rising finish, featuring talc-like tannins and vibrant suggestions of minerals and rose pastille.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
Outrageously seamless in its opulence, this fragrant, dense purple Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a glorious nose of blueberries, black currants, licorice, lead pencil shavings, and spring flowers. Medium to full-bodied, powerful yet elegant, fabulously pure, textured, and layered, this wine that builds incrementally in the mouth and finishes with a resounding intensity and purity. A classic and prodigious Cabernet Sauvignon.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
Firm, rich, intense and layered, this full-bodied red offers dried currant, black licorice, sage and dusty oak flavors that build together, showing a glimpse of dill and ending with a complex finish, defined by subtle elegance, finesse and nicely integrated tannins. Drink now through 2020.
